LonÂdon FashÂion Week has once again come to an end, but has left us no doubt with an abunÂdance of fashÂion inspiÂraÂtion for the season.
Animal Print
This arguably conÂtroÂverÂsial styling choice is one you either love or hate, but there’s no doubt we’ll be seeÂing more of it this comÂing spring. This parÂticÂuÂlar guest has styled the look perÂfectÂly. She shows us that decent taiÂlorÂing and layÂerÂing can ultiÂmateÂly make a loud styling choice feel minÂiÂmalÂist and timeless.

Statement Red
SpotÂted outÂside of Paul CostelÂloe, if not every othÂer show, red was undoubtÂedÂly the stateÂment colour of the seaÂson. Add a simÂple bag or a pair of tights to an othÂerÂwise neuÂtral outÂfit as a susÂtainÂable way of adding intrigue to an outfit.

Lace Layering
A lace catÂsuit underÂneath a frilly silk dress and stateÂment chunky ring is such a clever way to add edge to an othÂerÂwise very femÂiÂnine outÂfit. Paired with the Lulu GuinÂness bag, I’m lovÂing the conÂtrast of mood creÂatÂed so clevÂerÂly by layÂerÂing difÂferÂent colours and textures.

Business Casual
This look is all in the styling. SimÂple pieces like a white shirt, a pair of good jeans and a tie found in a charÂiÂty shop or your dads wardrobe, when layÂered well, can make a fun and put togethÂer look. Its also a great way to add perÂsonÂalÂiÂty to an outÂfit, such as these guests who by pairÂing a puffÂball skirt or a NY cap with their outÂfits have added a touch of playÂfulÂness and takÂen the seriÂousÂness away from an outÂfit for the office. I may be repliÂcatÂing this next fashÂion week…

Maxi Outerwear
FashÂion week for me is all about pracÂtiÂcalÂiÂty and what betÂter way to feel warm yet still put togethÂer than by stickÂing on a stateÂment overÂsized coat. Adding the belt over the top and the pop of blue underÂneath makes the styling choice feel delibÂerÂate yet still effortÂless and totalÂly practical.
